Bleacher Report listed their top 27 Yankee quotes. You’ll notice the numbered quotes align with the player’s uniform number. The number 3 quote, from who else but Babe Ruth, the greatest to ever wear number 3, is my favorite.
Matthew Cerrone writes on Mets Blog about the surprise of Carlos Beltran’s recent knee surgery. Looks like the Mets might be going with Angel Pagan in center field. Pagan hit .306 in 343 at-bats for the Mets last year, with 14 stolen bases. If he keeps up that production, the Mets will be okay until Beltran returns.
