A while back, (late January of 2008), I wrote an article about how the 2005 Bowman Chrome Draft Auto Jacoby Ellsbury card was a card to invest in now. It had recently sold for $150 on eBay. Well…..more recently, that same card sold for $380 on eBay. This card was graded mint, as a PSA 10, and came from a seller with 100% positive feedback. $380. For one recent baseball card. Not bad.Â
With the speculation being that Jacoby Ellsbury will take over for good in centerfield for the BoSox, he’ll have a chance to improve on his impressive 2007 stats, and continue to provide value for those who hold his baseball cards.Â
Note: I do not own the card referenced above.Â
