Clayton Kershaw has been rated the Los Angeles Dodgers top prospect by Baseball America.  He’s a lefty pitcher who has made quite a stir in the Minor Leagues.  In 2007, Kershaw put up the following stat line split between A and AA ball.

Jay Bruce was recently named Baseball America’s 2007 Minor League Player of the Year.  The left-hitting outfielder, drafted out of high school by the Reds in the 2005 draft, is noted for his work ethic.  It certainly showed in his statistics across three minor league levels in 2007.
